The Person Behind the Service
Meet Nicholas
A family man
who's really into tech.
I got my start behind the repair counter at RadioShack, fixing phones, tablets, and computers for whoever walked in the door. That is where I learned the way I still work today: listen first, explain in plain English, and solve the real problem, not just the symptom.
Sutton Tech Support exists because good help is hard to find. Call a big company and you get a phone tree, a script, and a stranger on the other side of the world. I wanted the opposite of that: one person you know by name, who answers when you call and remembers your setup from last time.
I'm from the old school.
Our elders deserve our respect and protection.
A lot of my clients are seniors, and some come to me after a scam has shaken their confidence. Patience, protection, and respect are not add-ons around here. They are the whole service.
And when you're in, you're family.
You will never have to introduce yourself twice: we just pick up where we left off, the small talk included. Plenty of calls start with a computer problem and end with "say hi to the family for me."
That small town feel is not a strategy.
It is just who I am.
I also work with small businesses: computers, email, Microsoft 365, networks, and printers.
You keep the business running.
I keep the tech online and working properly.

How I Work
Three promises on every call.
Patience first
There are no dumb questions and no rush. We go at your pace, and I stay until you are comfortable, not just until it works.
No tech talk
If I cannot explain it in words you use every day, I have not finished my job. You will understand what happened and what I did about it.
You watch everything
Every remote session happens on your screen, with your approval, in plain sight. You see every click I make, start to finish.
What I help with
Computers, Wi-Fi, printers, email, Microsoft 365, smart home devices, scam worries, new device setup, and the everyday questions in between.
