For Small Businesses
You keep the business running.
I keep the tech online.
Computers, email, Microsoft 365, the network, and the printers: handled by one person who picks up the phone and already knows your setup.
Three business plans. One person to call.
I help with the computers, email and everyday tech your business uses. Choose the amount of support time that fits your business. Every plan includes unlimited quick questions of up to 15 minutes.
All jobs are hourly. Use your included time first, then pay your plan's hourly rate. Unused time rolls over as long as you keep your plan.

How does hourly work start?
Tell me what needs attention. I will confirm whether I can help and explain the hourly rate before we start.
I keep a record of the work and time used. Your available hours are used first. Before work runs beyond that balance, I check with you about continuing at your plan's hourly rate. You can ask me to pause after a certain amount of time or spending if that helps you stay within your budget.
What counts as a quick question?
A quick question is a conversation of up to 15 minutes to answer something you or your team are unsure about. You can ask as often as you need, and these questions do not use your support hours.
If it needs a work session, or the conversation needs to run longer, I will check with you before billable time starts. The included question time is not charged afterward.
Websites and AI visibility, priced separately
Website work and LitMark are separate from these support plans. I am testing LitMark on my own websites before offering it more widely. Email me if you would like to discuss website work or ask about LitMark.
Business Questions
The fine print, in plain English.
What happens to unused time?
Unused support hours carry forward from month to month while you keep your plan active. There is no rollover cap or expiry while it stays active. I show you the time available and the time used.
For example, if you carry two hours into a new month on Team, the next three hours bring your balance to five. Use four hours and one remains to carry forward.
What can you help with?
I help remotely with computers, email, Microsoft 365, printers and other everyday business technology. Checks, setup, troubleshooting and calls with your tech vendors are hourly work. I will tell you if something is outside what I can handle before starting.
Hardware, software subscriptions and charges from other providers are separate. These plans do not include on-site visits or round-the-clock support.
How quickly can you help?
Call or email me with the problem and how it is affecting your work. I will confirm when I can respond and when a session can start. A higher plan gives you more monthly time and a lower hourly rate. It does not promise a guaranteed response or repair time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
The plans are month to month. Contact me before your next renewal to change or cancel. Unused time rolls over while you keep your plan active.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose based on how much help you expect to use and the hourly rate you want. If you are unsure, call me at (512) 893-7774, and we can talk it through.
