Terms of Service
Who you are dealing with
Sutton Tech Support is a trade name of Aurelian Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. When these terms say "I", that is Nicholas Sutton, working through Aurelian Group LLC. When they say "you", that is the person or business using the service.
What I do
Sutton Tech Support provides remote technical help and technology consulting for residential and small business clients: computers, Wi-Fi and networking, printers, email, Microsoft 365, smart home devices, and everyday technology questions.
Remote access, always with your consent
Remote sessions happen only when you approve them, and you can watch everything during the session and end it at any time. I never access your computer outside a session you approved.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Memberships bill monthly through Stripe. Included time and member rates are listed on the Plans page. You can cancel any time, and cancellation stops future billing. Hands-on work beyond included time bills at your plan's member rate, always agreed before we start.
Honest effort, honest limits
I bring real skill and real effort to every session, and I will always tell you the truth about what is fixable. Technology being what it is, no outcome can be guaranteed, and my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Accessibility statement
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards: readable text sizes, strong contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support. If anything on this site is hard for you to use, call me at (512) 893-7774 and I will fix it.
AI policy
I am upfront about how modern tools are used in my work, and about the promises that do not bend: I do not put your personal files, photos, passwords, or account details into AI tools, and every remote session is me, personally. The full policy lives at this site's AI Policy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we ever have a disagreement we cannot settle with a phone call, it will be handled in Texas.
