Privacy Policy

This policy spells out what information this site collects and what happens to it.

This website is run by Nicholas Sutton through Aurelian Group LLC, the company behind Sutton Tech Support.

The contact form

When you send a message, I receive your name, the phone number or email you provide, and what you write. It is stored securely on this website and emailed to me so I can reply. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing lists. It exists so I can help you, and that is all it is used for.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, in aggregate. It does not tell me who you are. You can block analytics with common browser tools and the site works exactly the same.

Remote support sessions

Remote sessions happen only with your approval, on your screen, while you watch. I do not keep copies of your files, and I do not access your computer outside of a session you approved.

Payments

Plan payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to me, and I never see or store it.

How long I keep it

Contact form messages stay in this website's database until I delete them, which I do from time to time. That is the only record this website keeps about you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. I will not quietly move the goalposts.
