Yes. Email, passwords, and the accounts that hang off them are most of what I do. We go slowly, and we write down what matters so it sticks.
My printer stopped working. Can you fix that from a distance?
Usually, yes. Most printer problems live in the computer, not the printer, and I can see both from here. If a part has failed, I will tell you so before you spend a dollar.
Can you set up WiFi and a smart TV in Bulverde or Spring Branch?
Today I walk you through it on the phone, step by step. Once I am local, I can do it at your house.
Someone called my grandmother pretending to be Microsoft. What now?
Call her bank first if any money or card details moved. Then call me, and we will check the computer together, close every door they opened, and put the right locks back on. The steps are on the scam page as well.
Is there a monthly plan for retirees?
Yes. Plans start at $39 a month and cover unlimited quick questions, so the small things get asked instead of saved up. The plans page has the details.
Can you help with an iPhone or iPad?
Yes. Phones and tablets count, and so does the TV remote.
Do you work with small offices?
Yes. You keep the business running. I keep the tech online and working properly. Call or email me and I will send over the business plans.
