You can ask about help without joining a monthly plan. Tell me what is not working. I will confirm whether I can help and explain the hourly rate before paid work starts. If you want to set a time or spending limit, we can agree on that first.

A quick question is one small thing we can solve on the spot. Typical members use 2 to 4 a month. Bigger jobs become scheduled hands-on work at your member rate.

Tech Help Basic.
About an hour of real work most months?
Family Tech Care. Here is the honest math: Basic plus one extra hour comes to $114. Family Tech Care is $89, with the family features included.
Choose the plan around the help you expect to use. Basic is for questions and occasional paid hands-on work. Family Tech Care includes an hour each month. Concierge includes two and a half hours, a monthly device checkup, and a backup and account review.
At two hours of hands-on work in a month, Family Tech Care totals $159 and Concierge is $169. At two and a half hours, the totals are $194 and $169. The other services included with each plan may matter to you too.
These comparisons use current rates and assume no promotion or other charge.

For Your Parent
Give your family a trusted tech support person. Without becoming the help desk.
Any plan can be a gift. You pay for it, your mom or dad uses it, and they get their own patient tech person to call instead of waiting for your next visit.
You can pay for someone else's support. They decide whether to allow remote access. Before I share a session update, I agree with them what I can share and with whom.
On Family Tech Care and Concierge, you get a plain-English summary email after every session if they agree, so you know what happened, what I fixed, and whether anything needs a decision. No more relaying garbled error messages over the phone.
Setting it up is simple: call me and we will set it up together for them. I will handle the first session personally and make sure they are comfortable calling me directly next time.
Refer someone you care about: after their first month, you each get a month free.
The fine print, spelled out.
What counts as a quick question, and what if my problem is bigger?
A quick question is one small thing we can solve on the spot while you are on the phone, and they are unlimited on every plan (fair use: up to about 15 minutes each). When something needs real hands-on time, I tell you before we start and we schedule it. Family Tech Care includes 1 hour of hands-on work each month and Concierge includes 2.5 hours; beyond included time, work bills at your member rate: $75, $70, or $65 an hour. Included time does not roll over month to month.
Do you support small businesses too?
Yes. Business plans start from $95/mo and are built for offices: computers, email, Microsoft 365, network, and printers. Call me and we will talk through what your business needs: (512) 893-7774.
Is there a referral offer?
Yes. Refer someone you care about: after their first month, you each get a month free. Just have them mention your name when they sign up, or tell me in the contact form.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Plans bill monthly by card through Stripe, the same secure system used by millions of businesses. There is no contract and you can cancel any time. Hands-on time beyond your included hours appears on the same monthly bill at your member rate.
